Floor Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and coordinating between staff and management. The role involves supervising team members, monitoring service quality, handling guest concerns, and ensuring adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of floor staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Monitor service standards and ensure exceptional guest experience at all times.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist the Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained across the floor.
• Conduct briefings with staff before shifts to communicate updates, promotions, or service guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels of floor supplies and coordinate with relevant departments for replenishment.
• Support team members during peak hours to maintain service flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on floor activities, staff performance, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor / Shift Leader / Team Leader in hospitality, retail, or food service industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Knowledge of service standards, customer handling, and operational procedures.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
