Job Title: WarehouseCompany Name: LivspaceLocation: Bangalore/BengaluruSalary:INR 15,000k-18,000k Per monthEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentLivspace is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager for Warehouse and Logistics to join our team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing routine and non-routine activities within the department. You will provide leadership and coaching to develop and improve warehousing processes, ensuring a safe, quality-focused, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop operational plans for the warehouse department.
Manage and supervise employees and 3PL in a teaming environment, setting expectations and driving KPIs aligned with business goals.
Lead daily meetings to establish team goals and deliverables.
Guide warehousing teams in achieving goals for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Monitor department metrics and take action for improvement.
Improve warehouse utilization and efficiency through layout optimization and personnel distribution.
Coordinate activities for annual physical inventory and daily cycle counts.
Provide guidance and support to the kitting team for lean flow development.
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Collaborate with Finance and Inventory Manager to maintain inventory accuracy.
Prepare and execute the budget for the warehouse.
Apply strong analytical skills to solve issues and work with cross-functional teams.
Design and define space requirements for the warehouse, considering pipeline projects.
Introduce digitization and lean concepts in warehouse operation
