Warehouse Executive

Role Overview The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely dispatches, and smooth inward–outward movement of goods. This role requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and coordination across production, procurement, logistics, and QC teams. Key Responsibilities 1.Inventory & Documentation Maintain accurate records of stock in the warehouse (raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods). Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward entries in ERP/Excel/physical registers. Conduct regular cycle counts and support monthly/quarterly stock audits. 2. Inward & Outward Management Coordinate receiving of raw materials/packaging from vendors with proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process. Ensure correct binning, labeling, and storage as per SOP. Plan and oversee order dispatches, ensuring correct quantities, packaging, and documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Dispatch Checklist). 3.Warehouse Operations Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper handling to prevent damage/loss. Implement FIFO/FEFO and batch traceability practices. Monitor hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards inside the warehouse. 4.Coordination Work closely with production, procurement, and QC teams to align on material requirements and dispatch timelines. Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery to clients/customers. Report daily stock status and material movements to management. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel/ERP tools. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills. Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in warehouse/dispatch/inventory management (preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or similar industries). Familiarity with ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Zoho, or Tranzact preferred).
