Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, staff coordination, inventory management and process efficiency.
Business Growth: Increase patient footfall through marketing activities, corporate tie-ups, referral programs and local outreach.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train and motivate front-office executives, therapists and support staff for top performance.
Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service quality, handle escalations and maintain strong patient satisfaction and retention.
Financial Management: Monitor revenue, expenses and profitability. Also work on achieving monthly and annual targets.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to operational protocols, safety standards and ethical practices.
Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs, prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field.
Experience: Minimum 58 years in center management, hospital administration, clinic operations or service industry operations.
Skills:

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven track record of meeting operational and financial targets
Customer-focused mindset
