1. OT Staff Nurse (1 Position)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the consultant during gynecology and fertility-related surgeries and procedures.
  
• Prepare and maintain the OT environment, ensuring sterility and readiness.
  
• Handle surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies as per protocol.
  
• Monitor patient vitals intra-operatively and provide immediate support in emergencies.
  
• Ensure adherence to infection control practices and hospital policies.
  
• Maintain surgical documentation, OT registers, and equipment inventory.
  
• Coordinate with anesthesia team, consultants, and post-op staff for smooth workflow.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration.
  
• Minimum 12 years of OT experience (gynecology/fertility experience preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of OT protocols and aseptic techniques.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  

2. Labour Room Staff Nurse (2 Positions)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist consultants during normal deliveries and emergency obstetric procedures.
  
• Provide continuous support and monitoring to mothers in labour.
  
• Prepare and manage labour room equipment, instruments, and emergency drugs.
  
• Ensure proper neonatal care immediately after delivery.
  
• Handle obstetric emergencies efficiently under consultant supervision.
  
• Maintain accurate labour records and partographs.
  
• Educate and counsel mothers on postnatal care and breastfeeding.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration.
  
• 1–3 years of labour room/obstetric care experience.
  
• Skilled in handling normal deliveries and assisting in C-sections.
  
• Empathetic, patient-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
  

3. Ward Staff Nurse (2 Positions)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide pre- and post-operative care to gynecology and fertility patients.
  
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as per doctor’s advice.
  
• Monitor patient vitals and promptly report abnormalities.
  
• Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and recovery support.
  
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, recovery, and follow-up care.
  
• Maintain patient case records, nursing notes, and drug charts.
  
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other allied staff for holistic care.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration.
  
• Minimum 1 year of ward experience (preferably in women’s health/gynecology).
  
• Good clinical knowledge, patient care skills, and adaptability.
  
• Compassionate, disciplined, and team-oriented.
