Role & responsibilities Work under the direct supervision of the Key / Senior Consultant in all clinical and procedural activities. Assist in patient evaluation, history taking, and clinical documentation . Support the consultant during interventional pain procedures (e.g., nerve blocks, epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, trigger point injections). Manage pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (physiotherapy, rehab, nursing staff) as guided by the consultant. Provide patient counselling and education under the consultants guidance. Maintain accurate medical records, case files, and follow-up schedules. Participate in academic discussions, case reviews and continuous learning sessions led by the senior consultant. Preferred candidate profile MD/DM and Fellowship in Interventional Pain Management (FIPM 1 year certified). Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience. Strong interest in Pain Medicine and willingness to work as an assistant to senior consultants. Good procedural knowledge with eagerness to learn advanced pain interventions under supervision. Excellent communication and patient-handling skills. Team-oriented, disciplined and adaptable to a fast-paced hospital environment.
