Job Description: 1.Operations Manager for complete Stamping Operations. 2.Responsible for Stamping Production. 3.Responsible for the Tool Maintenance Activity. 4.4M Planning for the Stamping Operations. 5.Interface with Customer for the Technical Clarification. 6.Training and Development of the Team. 7.Handling the development of the secondary operations like Tapping, Welding, Tinning etc in Stamping 8.Improvements in the regular production tools from the Engineering Aspects. 9.Establishing the Good Manufacturing System Practice and smooth SOP 10. Responsible for Project transfer to operations with proper validations and Customer approval. 11. Interaction with CFT for the proper execution of the timely projects. 12.Vendor Management/Development of Vendor related to Stamping Operations. 13.Operational Improvement in Terminal Production.
