Job Summary

SAP Test Manager Location: TechM Chennai TMCC (Remote work available) Years of Experience: 15+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead our testing efforts for SAP applications, specifically focusing on SAP FICO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing testing teams, developing test strategies, and ensuring the quality of SAP solutions. This role requires a proactive leader who can collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and drive continuous improvement in testing processes. Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for SAP applications. Execute test cases and document results accurately. Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure the quality of SAP applications. Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities. Identify and troubleshoot issues in SAP applications. Develop and maintain automated test scripts. Build and lead the Testing Team to ensure project success. Define the scope of testing for each release/delivery. Deploy and manage resources for testing activities. Apply appropriate test measurements and metrics to the product and Testing Team. Plan, deploy, and manage the testing effort for various engagements. Mandatory Skills Proven experience in SAP FICO. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing testing teams. Expertise in developing test plans, test cases, and automated testing. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours (2 PM 11 PM). Preferred Skills Experience with SAP S/4HANA Implementation. Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on SAP applications.
