Job Title : IT Recruiter(Contract)

Location : Pune (Bavdhan)

Work Type : Contractual job (Work from Office)

Work Experience : 3 - 5 Years

Qualification : MBA HR with Graduation preferably in any IT stream

JOB RESPOSIBILITIES :

• On-time sourcing of candidate resumes from Job Portals and other sources.
• Understanding the key skills of the positions and according Screening the CVs, Interviewing the candidates and scheduling the candidates for the interviews.
• Interaction with the panelists for facilitating smooth interview processes.
• Candidate joining formalities.
• Ensure minimum CV or interview rejection ratios.
• Networking and Database building.
• Candidate Relationship Management.
• Support in basic HR activities and Employee Engagement Activities
• Should be able to use Excel sheets and maintain proper records and status.

CANDIDATE PROFILE / EXPERIENCE:

• Candidate should be willing to work on contract.
• Excellent Communication skills is a must along with candidate engagement, people networking and follow up skills are an absolute must for this position.
• Candidates with prior experience of recruitment, understanding of IT Skills or those who have done internship in recruitment is a plus for this position.
• The candidate Should have a go getter approach and work on things proactively with less support.
• Candidate should be smart and able to handle and coordinate things
• Should have good basic computers knowledge and good at using Excel.
• Should have good skills at using the internet and should be able to various software applications / portals, social networking sites etc. used in recruitment.
