The Opportunity
As the Executive Assistant to the Founder CEO, you will be a core part of VTION's strategic engine, supporting high-stakes decision-making, internal alignment, business reviews, fundraising, and investor relations. This role requires a sharp, analytical, and proactive individual who thrives on high ownership, structured problem-solving, and fast execution. You will serve as the Founder's right hand and the internal orchestrator for cross-functional priorities.
What You'll Do
Assisting Strategic Planning & Decision Support:
- Prepare business analysis for key strategic decisions: partnerships, pivots, fundraising, or M&A.
- Evaluate business models, prepare feasibility analyses, and contribute to capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare executive briefs, reports, and benchmarking documents for Founder & Board.
Business Review & Performance Monitoring
- Design and manage OKR dashboards, strategic KPIs, and business cockpit.
- Track cross-functional performance vs AOP and highlight key risks or deviations.
- Coordinate and minute business review meetings, ensuring actionables are tracked
Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Shape the fundraising narrative and pitch decks with the Founder
- Manage investor communication, data rooms, and diligence documents
- Work with external stakeholders-VCs, bankers, legal-to close funding rounds
Org Building & Leadership Support
- Identify gaps in org structure and team capability; suggest redesign for scale
- Shadow and step in for Founder in internal/external meetings where required
- Represent the Founder's office with discretion, professionalism, and impact
Risk, Continuity & Governance
- Monitor cash burn, vendor payments, compliance risks, and business continuity indicators
- Ensure compliance with SHA, AoA, MoA, and other governance documents
- Anticipate issues and escalate key concerns to the Founder in real-time
Special Projects & Founder Enablement
- Lead strategic special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Manage internal and external priorities for the Founder CEO
- Support public presence and profile building of the Founder (content, speeches, media)
What We're Looking For?
- IIT/ MBA from a premier institute / CFA / CA preferred
- Bachelor's in Commerce / Finance / Business Studies
- 2-4 years in strategy, founder's office, consulting, VC, or high-growth startups
Skills And Attributes
- Financial modelling, valuation, and feasibility analysis experience
- Strong business acumen with analytical thinking and structured problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resilience under pressure with high levels of discretion and integrity
- Ability to manage ambiguity and multitask effectively
- High ownership mindset and collaborative spirit
