Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 10 years of experience to fill the role of VP/AVP IAC HHM in Medhavi, within the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the implementation of hotel management systems and procedures.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage and supervise a team of hospitality professionals to achieve high service standards.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is necessary.
Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
