Job Description

As the VP Revenue Growth, you will play a crucial role in leading the company's revenue strategy and execution to drive profitable growth across various demand channels. Your direct collaboration with the leadership team of co-founders & CXOs will be essential in scaling the business, optimizing pricing strategies, and enhancing brand positioning to differentiate in the market. This high-impact leadership position will directly influence the company's trajectory and results. Key Responsibilities: - Lead revenue growth across online channels (brand web-app, OTAs), inside sales, and B2B/offline segments - Develop and execute initiatives to increase direct bookings and optimize customer acquisition costs - Establish systematic growth frameworks that can scale effectively with business expansion - Manage P&L accountability for growth initiatives with a focus on maintaining/improving margins - Optimize marketing spend allocation across channels based on ROI analysis - Implement data-driven pricing strategies and revenue management systems for hotel partners - Build stronger relationships with OTA partners and collaborate with BD, operations, and tech-product leaders for revenue-driven hotel acquisition strategy - Enhance brand visibility and online reputation through strategic initiatives - Develop cost-effective approaches to strengthen brand equity and improve customer experience for repeat business and positive reviews - Build and lead high-performing teams across revenue management, online marketing, pricing, and distribution - Provide strategic guidance based on data and insights, fostering cross-functional collaboration Qualifications: - 9-10+ years of experience in scaling consumer-facing businesses, with 3-5 years in category/PnL leadership roles - Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in fast-paced environments - Strong P&L management experience focusing on profitability and unit economics - Experience in building and optimizing multi-channel revenue streams with a data-driven decision-making approach - Strong team leadership skills to attract and develop talent - Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills What we offer: - Opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a profitable, scaling business - Direct collaboration with founders/CXOs and core leadership group - Attractive compensation package and strong equity upside - Chance to transform India's travel & hospitality landscape,
