As the VP Revenue Growth, you will be responsible for leading the company's revenue strategy and execution, driving profitable growth across various demand channels. Your key focus will be collaborating with the leadership team of cofounders & CXOs to scale the business, optimize pricing, and enhance the brand positioning. This role is crucial as it directly impacts the company's trajectory and results. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading growth initiatives across online channels, inside sales, and B2B/offline sectors - Developing and implementing strategies to increase direct bookings and optimize customer acquisition costs - Establishing growth frameworks that can scale with business expansion - Managing P&L accountability for growth initiatives while focusing on maintaining/improving margins - Allocating marketing spend effectively across channels based on ROI - Implementing data-driven pricing strategies and revenue management systems for hotel partners - Building strong relationships with OTA partners - Collaborating with BD, operations, and tech-product leaders to develop revenue-driven hotel acquisition strategy - Enhancing brand visibility and online reputation through strategic initiatives - Strengthening brand equity through cost-effective approaches - Improving customer experience to drive repeat business and positive reviews - Building and leading high-performing teams across revenue management, online marketing, pricing, and distribution - Providing strategic guidance based on data and insights to the leadership team - Fostering cross-functional collaboration Qualifications required for this role include: - 9-10+ years of experience in scaling consumer-facing businesses, with at least 3-5 years in category/PnL leadership roles - Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in fast-paced environments - Strong P&L management experience with a focus on profitability and unit economics - Experience in building and optimizing multi-channel revenue streams - Data-driven decision-making approach with a strong analytical skill set - Excellent team leadership skills with a talent for attracting and developing high-performing teams - Strategic mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities - Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills In return, we offer: - The opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a profitable, scaling business - Direct collaboration with founders/CXOs and the core leadership group - Attractive compensation package with a strong equity upside - The chance to transform India's travel & hospitality landscape.,
