Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a VP - Finance & Compliance, located in Bengaluru. The VP - Finance & Compliance will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, preparation of financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations, and work towards the financial growth and stability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Lead end-to-end fund accounting, cash flow management, and NAV reporting for the fund and portfolio companies.

●      Review quarterly and annual financial statements for accuracy and completeness.

●      Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and administrators to ensure timely audits, regulatory filings, and compliance.

●      Establish and maintain compliance frameworks, internal controls, and finance policies.

●      Act as the primary finance liaison for LPs, including international institutional investors.

●      Prepare and review investor communications, including quarterly reports, financials, and capital account statements.

●      Advise senior management on fund structuring, tax, and compliance implications of transactions.

Qualifications:

●      CA or MBA (Finance) with 6–10 years of experience in PE/VC or Fund Management.

●      Minimum 6–7 years handling finance and compliance functions.

●      Proven experience managing foreign institutional investor reporting and compliance.
