We are seeking an immediate joiner who is an enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support team. This role involves providing world-class support to our global customers through voice channels. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats from international customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Log and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet performance targets including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
0–2 years of experience in customer support (international voice/non-voice preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
Strong problem-solving, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism.
Flexibility to work in night shifts/rotational shifts to support global customers.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
