Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Voice Process Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions through inbound or outbound international calls.
Resolve product or service-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions as per process guidelines.
Follow communication scripts, company policies, and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or higher support tiers if necessary.
Meet performance targets including quality, productivity, and call handling time.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate in any stream (Freshers eligible)
HSC (12th pass) with minimum 1 year of international BPO or voice process experience

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and listening)
Neutral accent and good voice clarity
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and irate customers professionally
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational offs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a
B.Com, B.B.A, B.A
, or
any Postgraduate degree
and
experience in Customer Support
are welcome to apply.
