Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product and service information clearly and accurately.
  • Follow standard scripts and procedures while interacting with customers.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems.
  • Meet performance metrics including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

  • B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.

  • Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
