Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls from UK/Australia.
  • Engage professionally, providing accurate information and solving queries with empathy.
  • Utilize CRM tools to log interactions and escalate issues when needed.
  • Achieve performance targets such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).
  • Opportunity to transition to Work-From-Home after successful probation.

** What We're Looking For**

  • Excellent English communication skills (neutral or international accent preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with night or rotational shifts aligned with international time zones.
  • Flexible, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
  • Graduation or 12th standard (PUC) pass freshers are welcome!
  • Prior BPO / voice process experience is a strong plus.

  • B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.

  • Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
