Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls from UK/Australia.
Engage professionally, providing accurate information and solving queries with empathy.
Utilize CRM tools to log interactions and escalate issues when needed.
Achieve performance targets such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).
Opportunity to transition to Work-From-Home after successful probation.

What We're Looking For

Excellent English communication skills (neutral or international accent preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable with night or rotational shifts aligned with international time zones.
Flexible, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Graduation or 12th standard (PUC) pass freshers are welcome!
Prior BPO / voice process experience is a strong plus.

B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
