Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Shift:

Chat Process Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries related to banking products and services via chat.
Resolve issues such as transaction status, account details, card queries, loan queries, etc.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate and complete information.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments as per process.
Adhere to compliance and confidentiality standards as per banking guidelines.
Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate (Fresher)
HSC (12th pass) with minimum 1 year of customer service experience (BPO preferred)

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in English (both written and reading comprehension)
Basic computer knowledge
Problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with prior BPO or customer service experience
Comfortable with rotational shifts and working on weekends (if required)
Basic knowledge of banking terms is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a
B.Com, B.B.A, B.A
, or
any Postgraduate degree
and
experience in Customer Support
