What You’ll Do

• Design and execute in-store visual merchandising concepts that spark curiosity and drive engagement.
• Create window displays, thematic zones, and floor plans that align with our brand’s Korean-inspired aesthetics.
• Apply color psychology to set moods, guide attention, and create emotional connections with products.
• Strategically place impulse-driven products to maximise last-minute purchase potential.
• Maintain store displays to ensure they remain fresh, inviting, and on-brand.
• Review sales data and customer flow patterns to refine merchandising for better results.
• Keep pace with emerging retail and visual trends, adapting them to Uni Seoul’s brand DNA.
• Partner with store teams to train them in VM standards, impulsive placement strategies, and color coordination.
• Go the extra mile — whether that means staying late before a launch or arriving early for a refresh — to ensure every display exceeds expectations.
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
• Strong understanding of impulse buying behavior and how visual cues influence customer actions.
• Deep knowledge of color theory and its impact on mood and purchase decisions.
• Strong creative instincts with the ability to execute brand-consistent displays.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or similar design tools is a plus.
• A passion for retail, aesthetics, and going beyond the 9-to-5 to deliver exceptional results.
• Portfolio showcasing visual merchandising work
