Job Description

As a Visual Merchandiser in the General Merchandiser category, specializing in Plastic, Handlooms, and other general merchandise products, your main responsibility will be to design and implement captivating visual displays and signage that align with brand guidelines and store standards. Your creativity will play a key role in maximizing product visibility and attractiveness through strategic visual merchandising strategies. You will be expected to continuously monitor store displays, updating them according to seasonal themes, promotions, and new product launches. Collaboration with merchandising, marketing, and store teams is essential to ensure a cohesive presentation that enhances the overall customer experience. Maintaining an organized and appealing product layout within the store is crucial to attract and retain customers. Regular store audits will be conducted to ensure compliance with visual standards, and your input will be valuable in suggesting improvements for a more effective display. Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor displays, and innovative merchandising techniques is necessary to keep the store's visual presentation fresh and engaging. Part of your role will involve training and guiding store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques. Additionally, managing the inventory of display materials, props, and signage will be essential to ensure smooth operations and consistent visual branding. This is a full-time position that requires at least 1 year of experience in Visual Merchandising. The work location is in person, and the benefits include Provident Fund.,
