Multi-Tasking Retail Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Retail Specialist to support various store functions, including managing the Goods Receipt Note (GRN), cashiering, sales, and stock management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking effectively in a dynamic retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive and verify incoming stock against GRNs, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation Operate cash register and assist customers at the point of sale, providing excellent service Promote and upsell products to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain organized and well-stocked shelves, ensuring inventory levels are optimized Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stock replenishment and rotation Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally Qualifications: Previous retail or cashier experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Retail management: 1 year (Required) Cashiering: 1 year (Required) GRN: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
