We are searching for a creative visual merchandiser to play a key role in driving sales through innovative retail displays that captivate customers, aiming to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. The successful candidate will utilize visual merchandising techniques to engage window shoppers and convert them into potential customers, ultimately helping to achieve branding and sales goals to enhance profitability. It is essential for the visual merchandiser to uphold the visual appearance of our stores to the highest standards consistently. Responsibilities include developing and executing a visual merchandising strategy tailored to the store, ensuring alignment with the brand, products, and target market. This involves creating sketches of visual displays that adhere to the store's visual identity, finalizing designs, and preparing detailed floor plans for display areas. Additionally, responsibilities include sourcing props, materials, and accessories for displays, overseeing the installation of window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays, and updating displays to showcase new products or reflect seasonal themes. The visual merchandiser must maintain consistency in displays across multiple store locations, collaborate with other retail professionals such as buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers as needed, manage costs effectively within the budget, and stay informed about lifestyle and design trends to influence the visual merchandising strategy effectively. This position is open to individuals aged between 18 to 30, with a preference for candidates fluent in Tamil.
