Position: Visual Merchandiser

Experience: Minimum 2 years

CTC: ₹10 LPA

Qualification: Graduation (any stream, preferably design, fashion, or marketing related).

Industry: Gems & Jewellery / Fashion

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities :-

• Collaboration :-
• Work with photographers, stylists, and models to make sure every image matches the brand’s visual tone – described as elevated, soft, and confident.
• Visual Consistency:
• Maintain a consistent style across all images (model + lifestyle shots).
• Ensure every product is styled to reflect brand identity and emotional connection.
• Homepage & Product Layout Suggestions:
• Give input on homepage/product layout and collection curation that supports brand storytelling and boosts conversion/sales.
• Team Collaboration :-
• Work closely with brand, design, and product teams to turn brand ideas into visual merchandising plans.
• Concept Development :-
• Help build visual concepts for:
• New collection launches
• Seasonal campaigns
• Homepage refreshes

Required Skills :-

• Strong understanding of fashion/jewellery styling.
• Knowledge of visual design principles.
• Experience with e-commerce or fashion retail.
• Ability to guide photoshoots and styling.
• Collaborative and able to work with creative teams.
