Job Title: Regional Visual Merchandiser

Job Summary:

The Regional Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for driving the brand’s visual identity across Palmonas stores in the assigned region. This role ensures that all stores reflect Palmonas’ luxury yet everyday-wear ethos through effective VM strategies, consistency in display execution, and impactful in-store presentation. The role involves training store teams, auditing VM standards, and implementing seasonal/collection-based guidelines to enhance customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain Palmonas’ visual merchandising guidelines across all regional stores.

Ensure timely execution of new launches, seasonal campaigns, window displays, and in-store layouts.

Conduct regular VM audits to ensure compliance with brand standards.

Collaborate with retail operations, marketing, and design teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.

Train and guide store staff on basic VM practices to maintain displays between visits.

Analyze regional store performance and adapt VM strategies to improve product visibility and sell-through.

Manage VM props, fixtures, and inventory to ensure cost-effective utilization.

Provide feedback and insights on regional customer preferences and competitor activities.

Support new store openings and ensure VM readiness before launch.

Travel extensively within the region to ensure consistent execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Communication, Retail Management, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or jewelry brands.

Strong understanding of consumer psychology, retail layouts, and display techniques.

Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.

Good communication, training, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing D2C brand environment.

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
