Virtual Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire direct clients and onboard Business Associates (DSAs) for financial products
• Achieve monthly and individual sales targets across stockbroking, PMS, mutual funds, FDs, and insurance
• Identify and activate business associates with strong client networks
• Provide joint call support and product training to business associates
• Ensure activation and consistent performance of acquired BAs/DSAs
• Maintain strong client relationships and high service standards
• Track and meet individual KRAs and business activation goals
• Manage CRM records and respond to client queries

Preferred Experience

• 2 years in financial product sales (Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS)
• Exposure to both Direct Sales and B2B Channel Sales
• Strong communication, networking, and client acquisition skills
