Job Description Location: Pune Dhanori Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Roll Opportunity Experience: 14 Years (BFSI / Insurance Preferred) About the Role We are hiring a VRM for a leading Life Insurance company. In this role, you will work closely with the Bank's Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) team. VRM will generate 3-4 qualified leads daily from existing bank customers and share them with you. Your responsibility will be to personally meet these leads , present BSLI products, and drive conversions . Key Responsibilities Coordinate with Bank VRM to receive and follow up on daily leads. Promote and sell BSLI products by understanding customer needs. Build & nurture strong relationships with VRM Telecallers to maximize lead flow. Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Maintain sales trackers and share regular updates with the team. Eligibility Criteria Graduation is mandatory . Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance / Health Insurance / BFSI / Banking sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in handling customer queries and objections.
