About the Role

VRM

  • 3-4 qualified leads daily

  • personally meet these leads


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Bank VRM to receive and follow up on daily leads.

  • Promote and sell BSLI products by understanding customer needs.

  • Build & nurture strong relationships with VRM Telecallers to maximize lead flow.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Maintain sales trackers and share regular updates with the team.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation is mandatory

  • 1 year of experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident in handling customer queries and objections.

  • Age:

  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
