Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support the daily operations and service delivery for our UK-based clients.
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between clients, internal teams, and management — ensuring smooth communication, timely task execution, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Client Operations & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact for assigned UK clients — ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (admin, sales, marketing, recruitment, and tech support) to execute client projects.
  • Manage daily task tracking, reporting, and client updates using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
  • Maintain accurate client records and operational documentation.

Process & Delivery Management

  • Support onboarding and setup processes for new clients.
  • Ensure client SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management to implement workflow automation and process optimization.

Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Prepare performance reports, client summaries, and delivery dashboards.
  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination across time zones.
  • Assist in compiling invoices, proposals, and documentation as needed.

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Provide proactive support and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Communicate professionally with clients through email, chat, and video meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field.
✅ 1–3 years of experience in operations, client coordination, or virtual assistance (preferably for UK or international clients).✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.✅ Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM or project management tools.✅ Knowledge of outsourcing, recruitment, or digital marketing processes (a plus).✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines across multiple time zones.

Working Hours:

UK Business Hours (with flexibility to support client requirements).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,413.46 - ₹40,000.00 per month
