Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach

    • Conduct cold calling, digital outreach, and networking to identify and connect with potential IFAs/IFDs and financial intermediaries.
    • Generate qualified leads through structured prospecting strategies.
  • Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

    • Drive the acquisition of new IFAs/IFDs and onboard them onto the company's investment platform.
    • Provide seamless onboarding experience and ensure all compliance/documentation requirements are met.
  • Revenue Generation & Growth

    • Be directly accountable for revenue generation from onboarded IFAs/IFDs by engaging them regularly and enabling business conversions.
    • Work with IFAs to drive higher product adoption, cross-selling of investment products, and consistent business activity.
    • Track performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Relationship Management

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with IFAs to ensure loyalty and active participation.
    • Act as the go-to relationship manager, providing product insights, market updates, and advisory support to help IFAs achieve success.
  • Target Achievement & Reporting

    • Consistently meet or exceed defined sales, onboarding, and revenue targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, conversions, and revenue contribution.
    • Share timely reports and pipeline updates with the leadership team.
  • Brand Advocacy

    • Deliver a world-class partner experience while representing the company's brand and values.
    • Be a trusted partner in the financial growth journey of IFAs and their investors.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred).
  • 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in BFSI/Financial Services.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, onboard partners, and drive revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of fixed-income and alternative investment products will be an added advantage.
