What we do:

We turn Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals into respected public figures in their industry in a way that tremendously impacts their business through better deal flow, fundraising potential, high-net-worth connections, and access. Our client base spans the United States, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. We’ve worked with Silicon Valley Bilionnaires, Venture Capital Firms, Y Combinator founders.

We’ve generated ~ 500 million views across our client base. As far as we know, our track record is singular. We’re ahead of every other company in our industry, by a lot.

How we do it:

If you have enough data, understanding, and taste, virality is not luck. It’s engineering.

We reverse-engineer how social algorithms such as that of X, work.

We then identify patterns in reach and engagement, and model our content strategy around those patterns to capture tremendous organic reach in a way that’s never been done before. Think content science meets art. We dominate Twitter with this approach. We control 500M impressions/year (Twitter has 368M active users). The Role

Learn to write viral Twitter threads that get millions of views to grow the audiences of Silicon Valley Billionaires.

This is a CEREBRAL, hands-on, 50% thinking and 50% writing role at the intersection of science and art - applying data-led strategies to the craft of research, narrative building, storytelling, and writing high-value content.

As a thinker-writer, you will:

1. Reverse-engineer virality at scale

    - We track click-through, audience retention, profile visits, profile clicks, viewer loss, comments, quote retwets, likes, bookmarks, retweet velocity and a slew of metrics to predict if a thread will go viral. Decoding the science behind social algorithms to craft threads that consistently reach millions, growing HNIs’ accounts from 0 to 100k+ followers within 12 months. Build their networks, while you build yours.

2. Ideate directly with Silicon Valley’s most successful billionaires

    to brainstorm and develop a content engine rich with viral-worthy ideas, research and drafts to maintain consistent output every month. Imagine having an ideation session with Bryan Johnson (one of our clients) on anti-ageing.

3. Expand your intellectual depth

    - Every thing you write will require you to understand it deeply, which will require you to first study it in depth yourself. You would need to find joy in critical thinking, reasoning from first principles, doubting secondary sources, looking at 10 different blogs to find the truth, testing ChatGPT to its intellectual limits.One week you may be writing about why the ‘US Bond Market might collapse if there’s a rate hike from the Fed’. To do this- you’d have to watch a podcast, read the Fed chairman’s address, follow economists’ reports, and debate with ChatGPT for an hour. The next week you could be writing about why the Mona Lisa is worth $1B+ and to do that you may have to read the full chapter on the topic from Da Vinci’s biography, read how the Mona Lisa has been restored over the years, watch YouTube videos of expert collectors explaining the intricacies of a Da Vinci painting, understand the tax implications of donating high art to a museum and how auction houses work - all for one thread. And all in one day. No two days will look the same in this role.

4. Expand your intellectual range -

    The threads you’ll write will be cross-reference rich, synthesizing insights from business, philosophy, technology, history, and culture into fresh perspectives. You would need to be a voracious reader on the job and consistently train the muscle for associational thinking on the daily. You may be writing a thread on the founding principles of Elon Musk's Ad Astra school. But you won’t simply list out the principles. You’ll read paul graham’s essay ‘A Project of One’s Own’, listen to mathematician Grant Sanderson talk about the best way to learn how to fix a broken refrigerator, or read research papers on the ‘principal-agent’ problem. All to break Ad Astra principles down and explain their essence by applying it across multiple domains - physics, microeconomics, and sociology. You will write unprecedented threads by condensing multiple schools of thought into fresh, novel perspectives.

5. Work from anywhere you want -

    This role is 100% remote. Whether you write at 3 AM from a mountain cafe in Ladakh or at 3 PM from a beach in Goa, we only care that you're writing world-class threads and publishing them on time.
6. Overall, you will write and distribute content that influences, educates, and sometimes entertains most of twitter :)

While this is the job description of the role you will be hired for - Virality Consultant, there is no ceiling to your growth at Identity Labs. You could 5x your salary within 2 years as you grow to become a Director and get a chance to be a direct part of building the next Infosys for writers.

3. We only hire top 1% writers - we recruit 1/100 writers. Our mission is to set the global standard for personal branding services from India. We’re expected to create 1000 jobs and be worth $100M+ within 2 years.
4. We’re growing at 300-400% per year and are the most expensive personal branding team globally. In the next 12 months, we’re on track to break $4M in profit. (This is more than Schbang).
