About the Role: As Ruchir’s Executive Assistant, you’ll be his right hand, managing his calendar, streamlining operations, and ensuring key initiatives stay on track. You’ll be his go-to person for project management, daily operations, and random tasks that keep the business running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Calendar & Task Management: Prioritize and schedule meetings, optimize workflows, and ensure focus on high-impact activities. Project Coordination: Track project timelines, manage deliverables, and keep key stakeholders updated. Operational Support: Handle travel, expenses, and logistics efficiently. Communication: Draft emails, manage correspondence, and maintain confidentiality. Data & Reporting: Develop reporting systems, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Miscellaneous Tasks: Take on varied responsibilities – from research to special projects– with a proactive approach. What We Are Looking For: Extremely organized with a knack for systematizing processes. Top 1% in both written and verbal communication. Resourceful and proactive; everything is "figureoutable" to you. High attention to detail – you spot issues before they escalate. Excellent responsiveness and the ability to work independently.
