We're seeking a highly analytical and creative Video Manager with a proven track record of identifying and cultivating viral video content. This role is pivotal in driving our content strategy, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to predict trends, optimize performance, and achieve widespread audience engagement. You'll need a deep understanding of digital content ecosystems, a keen eye for emerging trends, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable content strategies. You'll be responsible for overseeing content selection, working closely with various teams to implement best practices, and continuously pushing the boundaries of content virality.

Key Responsibilities

• Viral Content Identification & Strategy: Proactively identify trending topics, emerging content formats, and viral opportunities across various platforms using advanced analytical and AI tools. Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on these trends for maximum reach and engagement.
• AI Tool Integration & Optimization: Leverage AI-powered platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Canva, and many more AI video tools for content ideation, trend prediction, audience analysis, performance forecasting, and content optimization. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI for video content.
• Content Selection & Curation: Oversee the selection and curation of video content, ensuring alignment with brand voice, strategic objectives, and viral potential. Provide strong editorial judgment and creative direction.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for content virality. Generate insightful reports and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, production teams, marketing, social media, and data analytics teams to ensure seamless content execution and optimization. Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to drive content initiatives.
• Content Format Innovation: Experiment with and implement new video content formats to enhance engagement and virality, with a preference for experience on Snapchat.
• Data Management & Implementation: Maintain robust data management practices for content performance metrics, utilizing Excel and other tools effectively. Translate data insights into actionable strategies for content teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in video content management, with a strong focus on identifying and achieving content virality.
• Demonstrated experience working on major video-related projects and companies where content selection was a primary responsibility.
• Proven track record of success in generating viral content with measurable impact. Please be prepared to share examples of past achievements.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI tools relevant to content creation, trend analysis, and performance prediction, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Canva, and various AI video tools.
• Strong understanding of digital content ecosystems, platform algorithms, and audience behavior across various social media and video platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Watch, Snapchat).
• Excellent data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and other data visualization tools.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving trends.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative storytelling.
