Role Overview:

Video Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end video content production – from ideation, scripting, storyboarding, to shooting and editing.
• Create engaging video content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with brand goals.
• Cover restaurant launches, events, and experiences through video storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, PR, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage a small team of videographers, editors, and external agencies as required.
• Ensure high-quality production standards and timely delivery of content.
• Analyze video performance metrics and optimize content strategy for maximum engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video marketing, food content, and digital storytelling.
• Maintain an organized video library and ensure proper usage of brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in video production, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or digital media.
• Strong expertise in shooting (camera handling, lighting, sound) and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• A creative eye for storytelling, with the ability to turn concepts into visually compelling content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, formats, and algorithm-driven content strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel across cities for shoots and restaurant/event coverage.
