Video Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit and enhance 

  videos, advertisements, product demos, explainer videos, corporate presentations, and social media content

   with high production value.
• Design and animate 

  motion graphics, kinetic typography, 2D/3D animations, and special effects

   to create compelling visual narratives.

Graphic Design & Brand Development

• Develop 

  engaging digital assets

  , including social media creatives, marketing materials, presentations, and interactive visuals, ensuring brand consistency.
• Conceptualize and storyboard ideas to bring creative visions to life.

Creative Strategy & Innovation

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in 

  video editing, animation, and motion design

   to continually improve content quality and engagement.
• Optimize video content for multiple platforms, ensuring the best format, resolution, and engagement strategies.
• Manage and organize project files, creative assets, and raw footage for efficient workflow.

Skills & Qualifications:

Core Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

   – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, and InDesign.

• Strong expertise in motion design and animation

  , with experience in 

  creating engaging transitions, special effects, and immersive visual content

  .

• Knowledge of 3D animation software

   such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya is an advantage.

• Strong sense of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling

  .

• Experience in color grading and sound design

   to enhance video quality.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail

  .

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in 

  advertising, branding, or digital marketing agencies

  .
• Familiarity with 

  UI/UX design principles and website animations

  .
• Knowledge of 

  interactive media, AR/VR content, or immersive storytelling

   is a plus.
• Ability to 

  edit audio, create soundscapes, and synchronize voiceovers

   within videos.
