A social experimentation house which is involved in R&D, tech. We currently are starting up basing this off by building our media core initiatives particularly in the sports, health & tech domain. We're existing as a brand communication & a creative agency.

What you'll do?

Video Editor + Motion Graphics Expert

Key idea:

An ideal role for somebody who is really interested in expressive art, professional branding, communication (content) designing. Your day would be filled with creation, ideation, cross-collaboration & execution. If you're somebody who loves picturing videography through brand communication-visual art, this role is for you. Primarily, this role would also involve setting up databases and initial research. The aftermath of each approach should be recorded and co-ordinated with the internal team and updated in the database, which also makes this a sort of operational role.

We’re ideally looking for someone who understands content: not just formulating strategies, but understand its creation, relevancy and impact. If you’re someone who is already into making content for yourself and is wanting to take his skills into building something impactful, we’re looking for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot high-quality reels, campaign visuals, and branded content.
• Apply strong composition, lighting, framing, and narrative instincts across short-form content.
• Use AI-assisted workflows for cleanup, enhancement, and production efficiency.
• Work closely with our Content Strategist, Creative Director / Head of Brand Strategy, and Founder.
• Maintain disciplined file management and on-set professionalism.
• Participate in creative ideation when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit reels, ads, founder videos, testimonials, and campaign content.
• Build structured, multi-level editing workflows for smooth revisions and quality output.
• Perform colour correction, DI, and aesthetic colour grading.
• Use open-source tools (Resolve, Blender, Fusion, Natron, Higgsfield) + GenAI/assistive tools where relevant.
• Collaborate closely with the designer for graphics and campaign integration.
• Maintain organised timelines, project files, and versioning.
• Deliver within relaxed but defined TATs.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in editing platforms (Resolve/Premiere/FCP or open-source alternatives).

• Motion graphics capability across AE/Blender/Fusion/etc.

• Working knowledge of open-source creative ecosystems.

• Experience in DI & colour workflows.

• Strong rhythm, pacing, and storytelling instincts for short-form content.

• Ability to manage parallel edits without quality drop.

Qualifications:

• Is a person who loves creative control and loves to create the pathway to solve problems.
• Can adjust to the dynamic nature a startup brings. Preferably has worked in a startup before.
• Experience in branding, communication designing, has film-making experience, short-form content based development proficiency. (all supported by a relevant portfolio)
• Must have worked in roles involving growth of business.
• Familiarity with content/engagement metrics and executive reporting.
• Bachelor’s in Film making, Visual Communication, Marketing, or similar.
• 2–5 years design in agency/consultancy setting.
• Proven reporting and strategy execution skills.
