The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering quality education and ensuring an exceptional school experience for students and parents.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day academic operations and ensure smooth functioning of the schoolEnsure high-quality teaching standards are met and continuously improvedLead, mentor & support teachers in planning lessons and delivering effective learning outcomesManage school administration, discipline, schedules, and staff coordinationHandle parent communication, queries, and grievance resolutionSupport and drive student admissions, school tours & parent orientationAssist the Principal in school planning, policy execution & overall developmentMaintain compliance with school policies & safety standardsPrepare reports, data analysis, and ensure strong documentation

Required Skills & Experience
