Vice President

Role Overview: As the Vice President Civil Projects, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale civil construction projects, focusing on high-rise residential and commercial developments. Your role will involve providing strategic oversight, operational excellence, and team leadership to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality completion of all projects under the company's portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple civil construction projects, primarily high-rise building developments. - Formulate project strategies, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. - Provide leadership and direction to project directors, engineers, and site teams to achieve project milestones. - Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations across all project sites. - Collaborate with design, planning, procurement, and finance teams to streamline project operations. - Review and approve construction schedules, BOQs, and vendor contracts. - Maintain high standards of construction quality, safety, and sustainability. - Monitor project progress through regular reviews, MIS reporting, and on-site inspections. - Resolve technical and operational challenges through proactive problem-solving. - Manage client relationships, consultants, and external stakeholders effectively. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project management and construction. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred). - 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven track record in managing multiple high-rise building projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use). - Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, MEP coordination, and modern construction technologies. - Proficient in project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.). - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.,
