An Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate should be a seasoned business leader with 20–25 years of proven success in the wire & cable industry, driving exponential growth across domestic and global markets. Expertise in LV/LT, power, solar, and specialized cables with a strong command of strategic sales, key account management, and market expansion.

Key Competencies:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business unit revenue and profitability targets for the cable product line.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team dedicated to cable business, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and driving performance.
3. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, and geographic expansions to increase market share.
4. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, analyzing sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs to position the cable business competitively in the market.
