About the Role We are seeking an experienced Account Executive (AE) to drive enterprise sales across India, with a focus on BFSI, IT, and large GCC organizations. As an AE, you will own the full sales cyclefrom qualification to closure—engaging CXOs and business leaders in mid to large-sized enterprises. This role is ideal for a consultative seller with a track record of success in SaaS or B2B enterprise sales, and a passion for building strong relationships while delivering value through technology. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end enterprise sales process: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure Generate pipeline via both inbound and outbound efforts in collaboration with SDRs and marketing Engage with CXOs, IT heads, and business decision-makers to understand their automation needs and position Quickwork's value proposition Prepare and deliver solution proposals tailored to client use cases and integration architecture Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams Maintain updated and accurate records in the CRM and provide sales forecasting Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quota metrics Ideal Candidate Profile 9–12 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales (preferably SaaS, cloud, or automation platforms) Well-connected within corporate and industry circles, with the ability to eventually leverage their network to support lead generation efforts Proven experience in consultative selling to CXOs and senior IT/business leaders Familiarity with iPaaS, middleware, or integration platforms is a plus Strong understanding of BFSI or large enterprise buying cycles Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Can be based anywhere in India (preferably major metro cities) with willingness to travel extensively for client meetings Should be open to travelling to Mumbai on a fortnightly basis to engage with the leadership team (preferably SaaS, cloud, or automation platforms) Proven experience in consultative selling to CXOs and senior IT/business leaders Familiarity with iPaaS, middleware, or integration platforms is a plus Strong understanding of BFSI or large enterprise buying cycles Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Why Join Quickwork Work with a deep-tech iPaaS product trusted globally Opportunity to own key enterprise relationships and make strategic impact Be part of a high-performance sales team backed by strong leadership Fast-track growth into leadership roles based on performance Play a key role in Quickwork’s expansion into BFSI and enterprise markets
