Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute end-to-end sales strategies for B2B growth across domestic and international markets.
Team Building:
Hire, train, and lead a multi-layered sales team inside sales, enterprise, and channel partnerships.
Process Design:
Establish scalable
sales SOPs, CRM frameworks, and forecasting systems
for predictable revenue.
Pipeline Management:
Create structured sales funnels and improve conversion ratios through process discipline.
Revenue Ownership:
Drive business growth, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
Leadership Collaboration:
Work directly with the founders and functional heads to align GTM and sales strategies.
Reporting & Analytics:
Implement dashboards, KPIs, and sales intelligence to drive performance visibility.

Desired Skills & Experience

9–15 years of experience in
B2B or SaaS Sales
, with
at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in
building or scaling sales teams
from scratch.
Exposure to
technology-driven, SaaS, or service-based businesses
.
Strong grounding in
pipeline management, CRM implementation, and revenue governance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to operate in
fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
