Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Architect the

  “Future State” data ecosystem

  by integrating EMR, HIS, and external payer systems into a unified analytics platform.
• Partner with CXOs to define the

  AI/ML strategy

  for predictive health models, operational optimization, and patient outcome improvement.
• Lead the evolution of

  data modernization

  initiatives, transitioning from legacy platforms to cloud-native environments (Azure/Snowflake/Redshift).
• Advise the Board on

  digital transformation roadmaps

  that align with HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR interoperability standards.

Operational & Delivery Excellence

• Lead the

  1,200-member analytics and operations team

  , ensuring delivery against SLAs across RCM, Clinical, and Financial Analytics.
• Oversee

  ETL and data pipeline engineering

  across Talend, Informatica, and Power Automate environments.
• Drive

  performance analytics and visualization

  using Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik across global stakeholders.
• Ensure operational uptime and access for all critical healthcare systems (EMR/HIS/RIS/PACS).
  
• Embed

  automation and process efficiency

  through Power Automate, scripts, and AI-assisted operations.

Data Security & Compliance

• Serve as the

  Compliance Owner

  for the GCC, ensuring HIPAA-aligned governance, MFA, RBAC, and AES-256 encryption protocols.
• Lead the risk and data privacy programs across cloud environments (Azure Data Lake, AWS Redshift, or Snowflake).
  

Required Skills & Expertise

1. Healthcare Domain Mastery

• Deep understanding of

  data flow across EMR, HIS, LIS, RIS/PACS, and ERP Billing Systems.

• Experience integrating

  Claims, Payer, and Public Health datasets

  for unified analytics.

2. Data & Technology Proficiency

• Hands-on familiarity with

  ETL tools (Talend, Informatica, Power Automate)

  .
• Proven track record managing data lakes and compute environments on

  Azure, Snowflake, or AWS Redshift.

• Advanced understanding of

  Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik

  for healthcare dashboards.
• Conceptual knowledge of

  AI/ML frameworks (Python, R, TensorFlow)

  in healthcare use-cases.

3. Leadership & Governance

• 15–18 years of experience leading

  global healthcare analytics or digital operations teams

  .
• Demonstrated success in

  building and scaling large GCCs or delivery centers

  .
• Strong stakeholder management with

  C-suite and global client exposure

  .
• Experience managing

  multi-country data compliance and HIPAA governance.
