Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Center Head

Job Location: Gachibowli - Hyderabad

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

Interview: Virtual / Face to Face

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Working days: 6 days

Shift: General Shift

Profile: A seasoned operations leader with 7 to 10 years of healthcare experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in a Center Manager or Unit Head role at a diabetes, nephrology, dialysis, or multi-specialty clinic.

Hold full responsibility for unit performance, including financial, clinical, and operational metrics.
Lead cross-functional teams across clinical and non-clinical departments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and internal SOPs.
Oversee strategic planning for patient retention, referral engagement, and process improvement.
Represent the center in reviews, audits, and external medical forums.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Achieve monthly P&L targets and therapy volume KPIs.
Ensure full SOP compliance across all services.
Improve patient acquisition and referral growth.
Maintain high staff engagement and training compliance.
