Role Overview

Director / Sr. Director – Healthcare Analytics & Transformation

leadership, domain expertise, and delivery oversight

Key Leadership Areas

Depending on expertise, selected candidates will own one or more of the following verticals:

1. RCM Analytics

• Drive analytics across billing, claims, denials, collections, and payer performance.
  
• Enable revenue optimization, leakage detection, and reimbursement accuracy.
  

2. Finance Analytics

• Lead analytics across budgeting, costing, profitability, and margin optimization.
  
• Support executive dashboards for EBITDA, revenue per bed, and CapEx ROI.
  

3. Compliance & Quality Reporting

• Build and govern frameworks for

  HIPAA, DPDP, NABH, and JCI

  compliance.
• Deliver clinical quality dashboards and accreditation readiness assessments.
  

4. Prescriptive & Predictive Analytics

• Design and deploy advanced AI/ML models for predictive health and population analytics.
  
• Lead teams of data scientists and ML engineers building healthcare-specific models.
  

5. Operational Analytics

• Track hospital throughput, workforce productivity, and patient flow efficiency.
  
• Optimize bed occupancy, equipment uptime, and resource utilization.
  

What You’ll Do

• Lead transition and stabilization of analytics delivery within your assigned vertical.
  
• Build and scale analytics teams with defined SOPs, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
  
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all analytics outputs.
  
• Partner with global stakeholders to drive data-led decision-making.
  
• Translate analytics into executive insights impacting financial and clinical outcomes.
  
• Drive automation, performance tracking, and long-term analytics maturity.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 9–15 years of experience in

  Healthcare Analytics, GCC Leadership, or Enterprise Analytics.

• Proven expertise in one or more domains:

  RCM, Finance, Compliance, Prescriptive, or Operational Analytics.

• Strong command of

  healthcare data systems (EMR, HIS, LIS, RIS, PACS)

  and cloud platforms (

  Azure, Snowflake, AWS Redshift

  ).
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics tools:

  Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Talend, Informatica, Python, R.

• Understanding of HIPAA, NABH, DPDP, and global healthcare compliance standards.
  
• Experience managing cross-functional analytics teams and transformation projects.
  
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting capability.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Engineering, Analytics, Healthcare Management, or Finance.

• Master’s degree (

  MBA / MS / MHA / PhD

  ) preferred.
