Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Leadership:

    Set up and lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes across clients from sourcing strategy to offer management.
  • Process Design:

    Develop scalable hiring frameworks, interview models, and talent tracking mechanisms.
  • Workforce Planning & Analytics:

    Partner with clients to forecast talent requirements, build manpower plans, and leverage analytics for smarter decision-making.
  • HR Effectiveness Projects:

    Lead initiatives in

    organization structuring, competency mapping, performance management, and engagement strategies.

  • Client Partnership:

    Act as a strategic HR advisor to CXOs and CHROs, ensuring alignment between business goals and people strategy.
  • Team Leadership:

    Hire, train, and manage a cross-functional TA and HR delivery team to support client mandates.
  • Operational Excellence:

    Build SOPs, define KPIs, and drive efficiency across recruitment and HR projects.
  • Transformation & Change Management:

    Introduce tools, automation, and digital HR initiatives to improve process efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 915 years of experience in

    Talent Acquisition, HR Consulting, or Organizational Effectiveness

    , with at least

    4 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience in

    scaling recruitment operations and HR transformation projects.

  • Strong understanding of

    manpower planning, HR analytics, and process design.

  • Prior exposure to

    client-facing HR consulting or multi-sector TA delivery

    is preferred.
  • Excellent people management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a

    fast-paced, founder-led environment.
