Job Description

Business Development / Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services
Acquire new corporate clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers
Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions
Negotiate commercials, close deals, and sign service agreements
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of mandates
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities
Stay updated on market trends, industry hiring needs, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in
B2B sales or business development
(recruitment industry preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
Good understanding of recruitment processes and staffing models
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
