Company - International + Indian MNC Location - Mysore Person who has exp into END to End handled IT operation from Start to end. Notice - Immediate, Serving, 30 Days, 60 Days Max Position Summary This position is responsible for infrastructure, operations, and security-related activities . The incumbent will work closely with both US-based and India operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of IT systems, maintaining robust security protocols, and optimizing operational efficiency, aligned with the overall IT vision of the company. Job Responsibilities Infrastructure & Operations Management: Oversees installation and maintenance of infrastructure hardware and software, ensuring software levels are current and supported, and all hardware and software licensing is in compliance. Collaborates with the Corporate Infrastructure & Operations teams to align with corporate designs and standards. Ensures high availability and reliability of IT systems and services. Manages hardware and software procurement, installation, and configuration. Manages day-to-day IT operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, including PC and VDI support Enforces IT policies and procedures. Monitors and manages IT service performance metrics and KPIs. Monitors IT budgets and expenditures. Security Compliance: Collaborates with the Corporate Data Security team to support corporate data security measure. Performs security assessments and reviews networking initiatives for security compliance. Project Management: Manages special projects involving internal and external resources, adhering to agreed-upon timeline and resource milestones. Coordinates network-related upgrades with users and other technical associates. Leadership and Mentoring: Provides leadership and direction for other team members on projects. Documentation and Communication: Produces documentation and diagrams for technical and non-technical audience. Successfully communicates to both technical and non-technical audiences in varying forms and all levels of detail. Vendor Management: Manages relationships with IT hardware vendors and service providers to ensure vendor performance meets organizational standards. Qualifications Experience: 10+ years of Engineering Infrastructure experience Experience should include at least 6 years supporting MS, Cisco, VMWare, and Mac Experience directly interacting with US operations.
