We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute to the growth of our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and reaching out to potential customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales and to be an integral part of our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. Research and identify potential customers who would benefit from our products/services. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. Schedule appointments and demos for our sales team with qualified leads. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in Hubspot system. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, in a B2B environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively. Persistent and results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
