Objectives of Job : Developing, Implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for our bird food product line across India in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Responsibilities : Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and implement annual marketing plans and campaigns targeting pet bird owners, retailers, and distributors. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, customer insights, and product positioning Budget-management skills and proficiency, build pricing strategies Creating and maintaining client relationships. Brand Development Build and manage a strong brand identity for bird food products through packaging, messaging, and promotions. Plan and execute campaigns across online and offline platforms to increase visibility. Channel Marketing Design and support trade marketing initiatives for retail stores, veterinary clinics, pet shops, and e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with the sales team to drive B2B and B2C promotions. New Product Launches Coordinate product development input and go-to-market strategies for new bird seed variants or mix formulations. Partnerships & Events Plan participation in pet expos, bird shows, and pet retailer events to build brand engagement. Identify opportunities for co-branding or partnerships with aviary clubs, bird breeders, or NGOs. Monitoring & Reporting Track campaign performance, customer acquisition cost, ROI, and brand reach metrics. Prepare monthly marketing dashboards and present findings to management Preferred candidate profile 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the pet food, FMCG, or animal feed sector. Familiarity with bird species and their feeding habits (budgies, cockatiels, etc.). Knowledge or passion for pet birds and their dietary needs is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of Indian retail, distribution, and e-commerce ecosystems. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills
About the Organization : Agricom Impex is a leading Exporter and Importer of Agricultural Products. Our major products are oil seeds, bird seeds like Yellow Millet, Safflower Seed, Niger Seed, Sorghum, Sesame Seeds, Chick Peas and Peanuts in the international market. We are immediately hiring for this position, who is well versed with their experience in accounting, taxation & compliance Job Responsibilities Reconciliation & Accounting: Maintaining bookkeeping & accounting in Tally. Perform bank reconciliations, NEFT RTGS & verify transactions. Making Entries in Tally (Journal, debit, purchase, sales vouchers, stocks ) Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers to ensure accurate payments and receipts Co-ordinate with Chartered Accountants to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial statements. Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Feeding Balance Sheet and P&L A/C in excel. Petty cash maintenance for travelling, advance payments, daily expenses of staff GST Compliance & Taxation : Working Knowledge on Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) within deadlines. Handle GST reconciliations (GSTR-2A/2B vs. books) to identify discrepancies & follow up with vendors. Quarterly payments of Advance Tax to avoid penalties Assist in GST audits and departmental queries . TDS Compliance: Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS on purchase and sales contracts, rent, and professional fees. Exercising control over monthly TDS working, payments, filling of TDS return and issuance of Form 16 and 16A. File TDS returns quarterly within time Skills & Qualifications: Education: B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or CA Intermediate Software Knowledge: Tally Prime Technical Skills: Knowledge of financial concepts like calculation of interest, GST & Income Tax portals etc.
