Role & responsibilities Morning incoming load segregation processing and route assigned to the concern Escorter Ensure all shipments must dispatch as per route wise Managing the shift with Escorter, Driver & Gunman Team and aligned with designated routes. Team rostering as per our ops requirements. Monitoring all Deliveries are updating on real time in system by Escorter Ensure all incoming mails should cross check and action accordingly. All pickups should be assigned to the Escorter on a real time basis. Ensure all Deliveries & Pickups should be completed in routes properly. After all pickups coming from the route should do all system processes as per SOP. Ensure proper segregations of all shipments and get ready for Outbound dispatches with proper bagging. The role focuses on compliance with security processes, risk mitigation, audits, coordination with security teams, and maintaining strong external relations with local law enforcement and security agencies. Role & responsibilities Ensure that every inbound and outbound consignment is accurately counted and properly recorded in the designated registers to maintain complete traceability. Ensure frisking is mandatorily conducted by the security guards for every individual exiting the operations area, in line with security protocols. Regularly review branch infrastructure from a security and risk perspective and recommend required upgrades or changes, followed by timely follow-ups for implementation. Ensure all security equipment installed at the branch is functional, properly maintained, and used as per defined standards. Ensure all vehicle-related security equipment is available and in working condition before dispatch and during transit. Ensure that only authorized and approved crew members are permitted to handle consignments at the branch as well as during movement. Closely observe daily operations to identify deviations from established security and operational processes and escalate violations appropriately. Conduct physical background verification by visiting the local address of staff, drivers, and security personnel at least once every six months and maintain proper records. Carry out surprise checks at branches and during transit routes to assess compliance with security procedures and identify gaps. Perform inter-branch stock audits as per defined schedules and ensure discrepancies, if any, are investigated and closed. Own and manage the security team cost at the branch level, ensuring optimum manpower utilization and effective control of overtime expenses. Conduct regular security and risk awareness training at the branch to strengthen compliance and preparedness. Maintain strong coordination and working relationships with local police authorities and security agencies to ensure prompt support when required. Continuously build and reinforce a culture of risk awareness and security consciousness across branch operations. Preferred candidate profile Graduate with basic experience or exposure to security operations at a branch or site level.
